Palera1n v1.4.1 released & GUI shown off

The palera1n jailbreak teak in the past week released palera1n version 1.4.1 with bug fixes and improvements and also showed off the upcoming GUI (graphical user interface).

While the GUI has no set-in-stone release date, the team did say they were aiming for an end of December release. This would support macOS Monterrey or later.

DarkRa1n iCloud Bypass for A9-A11 devices on iOS 15.0-16.2

DarkRa1n used to bypass iCloud Activation Lock on checkm8 device on iOS 15.

Apple’s iCloud Activation Lock can prevent someone from stealing your handset, wiping the OS, and setting it up as their own. But it can also be annoying if you forget your own iCloud password.

With DarkRa1n, you can bypass iCloud Activation Lock in a tethered fashion with the palera1n jailbreak on A9-A11 handsets running iOS or iPadOS 15.0-16.2 but you use this feature at your own risk.

XinaA15 version 1.1.5

XinaA15 Jailbreak Banner.

The XinaA15 jailbreak tool for A12-A15 chip-equipped handsets running iOS & iPadOS 15.0-15.1.1 was updated to version 1.1.5 on Monday with bug fixes and improvements.

The update is recommended for all current testers and there are prerequisites before testing to ensure stability.

Zebra v1.1.30 released

The Zebra package manager app, a popular alternative to Cydia and Sileo on various jailbreaks, received an update to version 1.1.30 on Monday with bug fixes and improvements.

Being a public update, it’s recommended for all users on all versions of iOS or iPadOS and should offer a nicer user experience over Zebra version 1.1.29.

Among Us passcode theme

Among Us passcode theme applied with TrollTools for TrollStore.

A new passcode interface theme for TrollTools users is now available to download for jailbreakers and non-jailbreakers alike.

Using this theme simply requires TrollStore and a compatible device running iOS or iPadOS 14.0-15.4.1 (and some 15.5 betas).

iOS 16.1.2 unsigned

iOS 16 firmware downgrade

Apple on Tuesday stopped signing iOS & iPadOS 16.1.2, a move that prevents iOS & iPadOS 16.2 users from downgrading to the older firmware.
