Jailbreak tweaks of the week: Dayn (iOS 14), Emoji iOS 15.4 EFM, & more…

It’s that time of the week again, and as such, it’s only proper that we return with another jailbreak tweak and jailbreak news roundup encompassing the week of Monday, January 31st to Sunday, February 6th.

Since we want to make sure you don’t miss any of the good stuff, we’ll begin with a detailed synopsis of our favorite releases first and then wrap things up with an outline of everything else afterward.

Our favorite releases this week

Dayn (iOS 14) – $1.99

With Dayn (iOS 14), you can hand yourself an enhanced notification system on any pwned iOS 14 device.

This tweak includes a redesign for your banners, the ability to look back on conversation thread history from the banner notification itself, and a smaller banner feature that won’t impede on your navigation bar when a banner appears.

You can find out more about Dayn (iOS 14) and how it works in our full review post.

Emoji iOS 15.4 EFM – FREE

Emoji iOS 15.4 EFM is an Emoji Font Manager add-on for jailbroken iOS & iPadOS 14 devices that ports iOS & iPadOS 15.4’s new Emojis to those platforms.

We wrote a detailed tutorial showing you how you can do this yourself on a jailbroken iOS or iPadOS 14 device, and if you’re on iOS or iPadOS 10-13, a separate package is available for you.

STRCounter – FREE

STRCounter is a free jailbreak tweak that makes it easier for users to ascertain exactly how many characters exist in a selected text string.

In addition to the number of characters, STRCounter can also display the number of lines said text takes up.

You can find out more about STRCounter and how it works in our full review post.

While we’d love to keep going, there’s only so much happening in the jailbreak community at this time. We’ll all just have to grin and bear this lull together as we wait for an iOS 15-supported jailbreak to drop.

As always, we encourage you to keep it tuned to iDownloadBlog throughout the upcoming work week for more stuff, and of course, we’ll be right back at this same time next Sunday with a roundup just like this one.
