One of our favorite parks about it being Sunday today is that we get to bring all of this past week’s jailbreak content into one, easy-to-read column.
In this roundup, we’ll go over all the latest jailbreak tweak releases and jailbreak-centric news breaks spanning the week of Monday, February 21st to Sunday, February 27th.
Our favorite releases this week
Checkl0ck – $2.99
The highly-anticipated Checkl0ck jailbreak tweak is now available, and allows jailbreakers using checkra1n on an A11-equipped handset running iOS or iPadOS 14 to use the native biometric authentication method while in a jailbroken state.
With it, you can use Face ID or Touch ID to enjoy unlocking your device, downloading free apps from the App Store, auto-filling logins in Safari, unlocking protected apps, and much more.
You can read all about Checkl0ck and find out more about how it works in our full review post.
PImport – FREE
The Photos app is the one place where you can get to all your handset’s stored photos and videos, but sometimes you might be wondering how you can more easily get media from other sources to your Photos app without jumping through as many hoops.
With PImport, you can more easily import media from said sources to the Photos app. It supports things like Wi-Fi photo servers, Dropbox, URLs, and much more.
You can read more about PImport and how it works in our full review post.

Everything else from this week
Best Android Jailbreak Tweaks: We show you what we believe are some of the best jailbreak tweaks for porting Android-inspired features to jailbroken iOS 14 devices.
checkl0ck: A jailbreak tweak that promises to bring native-like biometric and passcode authentication back to checkra1n’d A11 handsets running iOS or iPadOS 14. It officially did so on Friday.
iOS 15.0-15.1.1 Kernel Bug: Kunlun Lab security researcher Brightiup shared a write-up detailing a kernel bug that could have granted kernel memory read/write privileges on iOS & iPadOS 15.0-15.1.1.
PoC: While the bug mentioned above didn’t come with a PoC, security researcher @Peterpan980927 has created their own.
Saily: The Saily package manager was updated on Friday to fix linking to depiction pages from the Safari app.
While we continue to weather the wait for an iOS & iPadOS 15 jailbreak, the good news is that development for existing iOS & iPadOS 14 decides remains active.
