Jailbreak tweaks of the week: AVTools, PhotoManager, & more…

It’s an exciting time to be a part of the jailbreak community, especially now that we have a potentially viable kernel exploit that could lead to the development of an iOS & iPadOS 15-compatible jailbreak tool.

While there’s no telling when a tool might launch, the good news is that those who are already jailbroken may enjoy the jailbreak tweaks and other jailbreak-related content we show you throughout the course of the week, and this roundup will tie everything together into an easy-to-digest package.

This roundup will encompass all the latest jailbreak tweak releases and jailbreak-centric news spanning Monday, March 7th to Sunday, March 13th. As always, we’ll show you our favorite stuff first and the wrap stuff up with an outline of everything else near the end.

Our favorite releases this week

AVTools – FREE

AVTools is a commonsense enhancement to the iPhone’s native video player interface.

Not only does it bring the orientation lock button to the video player so that you can lock the orientation without accidental switches, but you can also customize the amount of seconds that the skip button will move the scrubber forward when tapped.

You can learn everything you need to know about AVTools in our full review post.

PhotoManager (iOS 12 – 14) – FREE

Another great add-on that we showed you this week is PhotoManager (iOS 12 – 14), a tweak that unlocks a number of features in the Photos app that Apple should have provided right out of the box.

You can learn all about the different features it brings to the table in our full review post.
