Jailbreak tweaks of the week: Contacy, Flashlight Indicator, SafariAutoCorrect, & more…

With all the jailbreak tweak releases lately, we wouldn’t blame you if you’ve been struggling to keep up with everything.

Fortunately, we come at you every Sunday morning with a post just like this one that recaps all the latest jailbreak tweak releases and jailbreak-centric news in one easy-to-digest piece.

In this week’s roundup, we’ll showcase all the latest releases from Monday, May 31st to Sunday, June 6th. As usual, we’ll kick things off by talking about our favorite releases first and then wrap things up with an outline of everything else at the end.

Our favorite releases this week

Contacy – $0.99

Contacy is a newly released jailbreak tweak that brings a popular notification concept from /r/jailbreak to life on jailbroken iOS 14 devices.

Contacy puts messaging notifications from your favorite messaging apps ahead of everything else and complements them with profile pictures and contact details for your viewing pleasure.

Flashlight Indicator – FREE

iOS 14 puts colored dot indicators in the Status Bar whenever your handset’s Camera or Microphone are in use.

Since it’s so easy to leave the rear-facing LED flashlight on by accident in direct sunlight, it seems like Apple missed a valuable opportunity to have a dedicated dot indicator for the flashlight too, and that’s where Flashlight Indicator comes into play.

SafariAutoCorrect – FREE

It’s way too easy to type something incorrectly in the Safari app’s URL/search bar, and that’s because autocorrect doesn’t apply there. SafariAutoCorrect fixes this.

Once installed, SafariAutoCorrect will automatically correct search query typos as they’re entered into the Safari app’s URL/search bar.
