I really enjoy seeing the wallpapers that Apple uses to launch new product lines. Similarly, the images they include with new OS updates. However, I am always just a bit more excited by the wallpapers that Apple inspires. While the design language was an obvious next step, given the existing iPad Pro and iPad Air, the iPad mini redesign was hard to resist. Apple officially announced the third, annual Apple Music Awards, honoring the best artists of the year. The awards recognized artists' achievements in music across five categories and specifically highlighted regional artists. In the Apple announcement, the artists are pictured with incredibly well designed physical plaques. Apple recently reopened a retail store with incredible offerings and stories. The Grove store in Los Angeles is twice the size of the original building that was redesigned for this grand re-opening.
