Fans of the classic RPG 'Dragon Quest IV' will be happy to hear that Square Enix has delivered on its promise to launch an English version of the game. After spending several months in Japan, the title is now available in the US App Store.

For those unfamiliar with it, Dragon Quest IV was a popular turn-based RPG in the early 90's. Square Enix promises that the port keeps the same core gameplay experience as the original, and a new control system optimized for mobile devices...

Pinterest brings messaging to iOS app

Pinterest pushed out a new build of its mobile client this evening, bringing the iOS app to version 3.8. The update offers only one new feature, but it has the potential to change the way people use the service: messaging.

That’s right, now whenever someone sends you a Pin, you have the ability to reply back with either a Pin of your own, or a direct message. It works with multiple users too, making planning a group trip or project a breeze…

Expect iPhone 6 rumors to reach a fever pitch (as if they hadn't already) over the next few weeks, as we inch closer towards Apple's announcement. The update is supposed to be one of the largest in the handset's history, so needless to say the anticipation is mounting.

The latest report regarding the device comes from VentureBeat, who claims that a well-informed source has given it a rundown of what to expect next month. Many of the features listed by the site match up with previous rumors, but there are a few new noteworthy bits...

Apple and Samsung agree to settle all foreign patent disputes

The Financial Times reports this evening that Apple and Samsung have settled their patent disputes over smartphones and tablets in several countries around the world. In a joint statement, the two firms say that they have dropped litigation in all countries and regions outside of the US.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. But it doesn't sound like there is any kind of cross-licensing deal in place, and no money changing hands, so there will be little to prevent new lawsuits between the two companies from sprouting in the future, should circumstances change...

New photos show alleged iPad Air 2 shell

Some new photos popped up on China's Sina Weibo microblogging site this weekend of what is claimed to be the rear shell of a second-gen iPad Air. Posted by accessory maker Yi Lin Enterprises, the photos could shed some light on what Apple's upcoming tablet looks like.

For the most part, the component matches up with the one found on the current iPad Air, but there are a few differences. For starters, the speaker grille now features one row of large holes instead of two rows of tiny holes, and it looks like the rear mic has been relocated...

Flappy Bird returns as an Amazon Fire TV-exclusive with new features

It's been nearly 6 months since Dong Nguyen pulled his smash hit Flappy Bird from the App Store. The game was reportedly earning over $50,000 per day in revenue at that time, but Nguyen didn't like the added attention it brought him, so he pulled the plug.

As he promised, though, Flappy Bird has made its triumphant return as 'Flappy Birds Family,' bringing along with it a new multiplayer mode and other additional features. Unfortunately, it looks like the title is exclusive to Amazon's Fire TV platform for now...

Photos of alleged Home button parts for both iPhone 6 models surface

A new set of photos depicting alleged Home button components for the iPhone 6 surfaced this morning, courtesy of our friends over at Nowhereelse.fr. While we have seen parts like these before, these are particularly interesting for a couple of reasons.

The first is that they supposedly belong to both the 4.7 and 5.5-inch iPhone 6 models, which is significant because we've seen far less supply chain evidence of the latter, as it's been rumored to be delayed. And the second is that they feature all-new designs...
