ScreenshotXI, Vespera (iOS 10), and more jailbreak tweaks to check out this weekend

Despite what has been a bit of a slump in the jailbreak community these last few weeks, tweak developers are still launching their fair share of upgrades for iOS in Cydia.

In this roundup, we’ll talk about all of the jailbreak tweaks that were released throughout the last week, starting with our favorites and working our way down to the rest afterward.

Our favorite releases this week

ScreenshotXI – $1.00

ScreenshotXI is an excellent way to get some of the iOS 11 screenshot changes on your jailbroken iOS 10 device right now.

After taking a screenshot, a miniature preview is placed in the bottom-left corner of your screen so you can see what you captured. Afterward, you can tap and hold on that preview to bring up a share sheet, which lets you do what you wish with the screenhot you just captured.

It’s got a whole host of options you can configure to tailor the tweak to your needs, so if you’re interested in learning more about how ScreenshotXI works and why you should get it, then be sure to read our full review where we go in-depth with the tweak.

Vespera (iOS 10) – $0.99

Vespera (iOS 10) is a simple novelty tweak for jailbreakers that lets you customize the locking animation of your iPhone or iPad.

These are the kinds of tweaks that really bring back memories of the good old days when the jailbreak community was busy and bustling. Of course, with things being so slow as of late, you really don’t see too much like this anymore.

The tweak has a plethora of animations you can pick from, including a snazzy old TV shutting off animation and a scaling down animation, both of which are previewed in our full review.

It’s a great tweak to have, despite a few open ends that we cover in the review.
