First impressions: Bulbae xylum Apple Watch Charging Stand

The xylum from Bulbae is an Apple Watch charging stand machined out of a single piece of aluminum. It's a strikingly good-looking stand that compliments both the aluminum Apple Watch Sport and the stainless steel Apple Watch.

The stand features a circular design with chamfered edges. To accommodate the magnetic inductive Apple Watch charger, a conduit runs along the inside of the stand with a large opening for housing the charging pad.

The xylum isn't without flaw, but it's one of the better looking Apple Watch stands that I've seen thus far. Have a look inside for more pictures and thoughts.

Mimic iOS 9.3’s new Calculator app Quick Action with this tweak

iOS 9.3 beta includes a new Quick Action feature for the Calculator app, allowing those with a 3D Touch display to press firmly on the Calculator app icon to reveal a new option: Copy Last Result.

Fortunately, those with a jailbroken device on iOS 9.0-9.0.2 don't have to upgrade to iOS 9.3 beta to get this feature. A new free jailbreak tweak called CalculatorCopy is now available in Cydia's BigBoss repository that will bring this feature to older iOS 9 installations.

PDF to Word: convert PDF files to Word files on iOS

If you deal regularly with PDF files, and often use word processors such as Microsoft Word to edit your text documents, then an app called PDF to Word from the App Store could easily become your new best friend.

This app lets you easily convert PDF files to Word files (DOCX) so that you can edit them in Microsoft Word for iOS or on Microsoft Word on your computer. In this tutorial, we'll go through the process of using the app and show you just how easy this process can be.

Rust Bucket review: a pig-tastic roguelike puzzler

For the most part, I try to steer clear of free-to-play games. Sometimes, they turn out to be worth my time, but a lot of them are an obvious money grab that I don't appreciate.

So, when Rust Bucket came into my sights, it didn't make a good first impression. However, after having spent some time in the pork belly of this underworld (it's a pun you will understand later in this review), I've got a different impression, to say the least. Checkout my game review of Rust Bucket below.

ForeverNotification keeps notifications on your Lock screen longer

When you get notifications and are unable to get to them immediately, iOS automatically stacks them on the Lock screen for you so you can see a general overview of what you've missed. The only problem is when you unlock your device, and then lock it again, the notifications disappear from your Lock screen, even if you haven't had the chance to view all of your notifications just yet.

With ForeverNotification, a new free jailbreak tweak in Cydia's BigBoss repository, you can prevent those notifications from disappearing from the Lock screen automatically just because your device gets unlocked.

Never miss a call or message notification again with this tweak

Sometimes you miss notifications on your iOS device. Perhaps you were incredibly busy when someone was in the middle of texting or calling you. In some cases, you were so preoccupied that you couldn't even feel the vibrations. In other situations, perhaps you were just away from your device, and never got the memo until hours later, when it was too late.

NoMoreMissed is a new jailbreak tweak available in Cydia's BigBoss repository that ensures you'll never miss a notification for text messages, phone calls, or instant messages ever again.

Weather Live review: get beautiful weather forecasts on iOS and Apple TV

Weather apps are a personal thing. Some people want epic details of radar, Doppler, and real-time satellite views of the clouds rolling in. Others want a minimalist design with nothing but the current temperature.

For those that want something in-between, something that looks good and provides a lot of information, but doesn't crowd the screen, Weather Live will make you happy. The app was recently updated with support for Apple TV and it looks gorgeous on the big screen. We've got a hands-on app review of Weather Live for you today.

Everlist review: as close as you can get to making a list with pen and paper

List, lists, lists. I've got lists coming out of my ears, at least metaphorically, since my lists are all on digital formats. My point is that I make a lot of lists. I don't think I could get anything done if I didn't have them. I'm always looking for ways to make my lists easier to understand and faster to access.

Everlist is about as close as you can get to making a list with pen and paper. However, it looks much better than a crumpled old note pad and does things that paper just can't do. We've got an app review of Everlist for your reading pleasure right now.

Feeday offers a quick peek at Instagram from Notification Center

One of my favorite social networking sites right now is Instagram. I love looking at pictures more than reading about how someone feels about the weather today. Pictures really can be worth a thousand words and can make you feel more connected to friends than a sentence.

Feeday is a third-party widget that puts the last couple of posts from your Instagram feed right in Notification Center so you can get a quick view of your feed without having to open the app. Check out our app review of Feeday below.
