About tvOS 14 update
Apple previewed the inaugural developer-only beta of tvOS 14 during its virtual WWDC 2020 keynote which was held on Monday, June 22, 2020. The software update won’t release publicly before the fall, but Apple has officially listed supported Apple TV models in advance.
Now, there aren’t many new features in tvOS 14, but those that are new are pretty cool.
For instance, you get a refreshed Game Center experience and can cherry-pick screensaver categories that you’d like to include in Aerial rotation, like Underwater or Cityscape.
You should keep in mind that certain tvOS 14 features may be unavailable on older Apple TV models and some capabilities may not be available in every region or language.
