Apple seeds second iOS 13.3.1, iPadOS 13.3.1 betas to developers [Updated]

It has been quite some time since Apple seeded the first developer betas of its latest updates to its major operating systems, but here we are with the second.

Update: Apple has also seeded the second developer betas of macOS Catalina 10.15.3, watchOS 6.1.2, and tvOS 13.3.1. Each of the latest beta versions are available to download and install now for developers.

Apple on Tuesday seeded the second betas of iOS 13.3.1 and iPadOS 13.3.1 to developers. There weren’t any major new additional features discovered in the first developer beta — or the corresponding public beta — so it’s likely that the second developer betas won’t be adding much to the mix this time around, either.

However, it’s likely that the latest software will address issues related to Screen Time Communication Limits.

Looking back, Apple released iOS 13.3 to the public earlier in December of last year. The new software brought with it many changes and features, including the aforementioned Communication Limits for Screen Time, a toggle for the Memoji Stickers keyboard, and more.

Each of the new developer betas are now available to download and install. If any new discoveries are made, we will update this post accordingly. Corresponding public betas for some of the new software versions will likely be seeded to the public beta testers soon.
