Check out The Amazing Bernard, a gorgeously done platformer hitting iOS soon

The Amazing Bernard by Kumkwat Entertainment is arriving on iOS devices in the coming weeks and boy does it look beautiful. I'm a huge sucker for adventure/platform games such as Leo's Adventure and can't wait to put my hands on The Amazing Bernard.

The game appears to offer a unique blend of action and exploration as you'll be overcoming obstacles, jumping on platforms and running around like there's no tomorrow. You play as a cartoonish character named Bernie O'Tag but the game packs in even crazier characters to meet and many mysteries to be revealed.

We have a full preview ready for your reading pleasure further below.

I’ve become addicted to this game, and so will you

I'm not much of a gamer, but every once in a while, I come across a little gem that gets me hooked for a short period of time. Circlestances is one of those games.

The concept of the game is pretty simple. Two circles are moving in random directions on your screen. Your goal is to tap the screen every time they overlap. The more they overlap, the more you score. Sounds too simple?

Final Fantasy VII is now available for iOS

Final Fantasy VII, the legendary Japanese RPG that first launched on the original PlayStation back in 1997, is now available for download from the App Store for $15.99. It's been called one of the most influential RPGs of all time, and now it's available in handheld form as a universal app for iPhone and the iPad.

It's been a long time coming for this release. Back in October 2013, Square Enix director Takashi Tokita stated that such a release could be "years away" citing storage space limitations. Well, it's August 2015, and the game is just now arriving, so he wasn't too far off the mark...

Burger – The Game lets you flip your way to chef stardom

The creator of such unique mobile games as Okay? and Sometimes You Die is back with another bite-size game that tends to turn one into an addicted maniac. Burger – The Game only requires you to tap the screen at the right time. But, this skills-based title isn't as easy as it sounds. In fact, it would probably be easier to just make a burger in real life.

If you've ever played Tiny Wings, Time Surfer will feel somewhat familiar. The basic mechanical gameplay is the same—tap the screen to pull in close and gain speed, release to fly. But make no mistake, everything else is much faster and far more intense.
