A pair of images published by a French blog depict a tray of batteries on an assembly line, allegedly for the upcoming iPhone 5S and suggesting Apple's manufacturing partners are now prepping to assemble the device in time for its rumored Fall introduction.

Numerous leaks over the past two weeks have suggested that Apple's next S-upgrade most likely sports a twelve-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash for improved low-light photos, a new A7 chip and slightly revised internals, all encased in the familiar iPhone 5 form factor...

Vine shares on Twitter have plummeted since Instagram video debut

When Instagram debuted its new video feature last week, one of the more popular hashtags on the social network was 'R.I.P Vine.' Many felt that the photo sharing giant's—which boasts over 100 million users—entrance into the video space meant the end of Vine's short-lived success.

This is kind of interesting. Hot on the heels of reports that iOS 7 contains proper third-party support for physical game controllers comes word that Google is hard at work building a full-fledged gaming console and smartwatch based on its Android operating system.

Facebook caused quite a commotion last week when they unveiled a new Instagram feature that allows you to capture and post 15-second videos. It was an instant hit, prompting users to upload more than 5 million clips in just 24 hours.

We've been hearing for a while now that the iPhone 5, Apple's flagship handset, was on its way to popular Prepaid carrier Virgin Mobile. Last week a report claimed that the device would launch this Friday, and today comes further confirmation of that.

It's not just Yahoo: in a bid to regain its relevancy, AOL is doubling down on software. First, it jumped on the Google Reader bandwagon with its own AOL Reader.

But AOL is just warming up: today, the beleaguered firm has launched an iOS app that lets you access its popular properties like News, Weather, Video and Mail. If I wanted to be cynical, I'd say AOL has been lingering on the brink of relevancy for quite some time now.
