Liminal Metronome, SparkCards, Highlighted and other apps to check out this weekend

Welcome back to another Apps of the Week roundup! This week we have some great picks for you including a delightful metronome, smart flash cards, and an app for highlighting text. And as always, we’ve selected a fun new game for you to check out.

Liminal Metronome

For all of you musicians out there, Liminal is a metronome app that is both easy on the eyes and filled with features. With it you can create different bar types and edit their properties (signatures, BPMs and accents), add multiple BPMs across a single tempo-track, and easily export/import tracks.

SparkCards

Need to learn a language? Study for an exam? SparkCards can help. The flashcard app enables you to create and study flashcards offline, anytime. Features include an advanced study algorithm, paper flashcard import, iCloud Sync and more. It’s pricey, but given the small number of quality flash card apps, I felt this one was worth pointing out.
