As promised, Reeder is continuing to receive updates to prepare for a post Google Reader world. Today, Reeder 3.1 was released, and with it comes Feebin and standalone RSS support.
Although standalone RSS is nice to have, Feedbin is the big ticket item in this update. Feedbin, as you may well know, has gained a lot of traction lately as users seek to migrate their feeds to an alternate service ahead of Google Reader's July 1st demise.
I have to admit that ever since I discovered Wunderlist, I stopped using my Reminders app for the most part. I love Apple’s Reminders application and had used it for a while on all of my devices. I think I just wanted to try something new when Wunderlist came out and it satisfied my listing needs.
When Sebastien asked me to write a how-to guide for sharing Reminders on iCloud, it rekindled my love of the simple list-making app. Not only is it easy to create and edit reminders, but you can also share and collaborate on lists with anyone else in the world, even if they don’t have an Apple device with them. All they need is their iCloud account.

Normally speaking, mainstream outlets like The Verge don't run posts on topics like jailbreaking or jailbreak tweaks, but one in a while they do. For instance, they will be happy to cover a tweak like Auxo, which transcends barriers of interests, even for those who've never jailbroken an iPhone.
Recently, another jailbreak tweak has graced the front page of The Verge: MessageBox. It's the tweak, that as I'm sure you all know by now, allows you to enable Facebook's new Chat Head feature system-wide. It, too, proved to be a very popular topic of interest in the tech community. Exhibit A: sending someone "I could be the next Obama" followed by a trailing space could result in "Obama" being hidden from the received message. Instead of "Obama", the recipient gets a big blank space where “Obama” should be. Likewise, sending "The best prize is a surprise" could similarly result in "surprise" being dropped on the recipient's side...

Such a move makes sense - after all, the iPhone maker does have this cash hoard of nearly $150 billion. However, it turns out Apple won't touch that money, opting instead to borrow the funds.
