When any new Android handset is revealed, it usually comes along with news about the amount of RAM tucked inside. Most manufacturers don't keep that information a secret, and usually it's a point of pride. However, that is most certainly not the case for Apple, as the company never typically talks about RAM at all.
You may have heard that Apple announced four new iPhones earlier today. And that's true! The iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max are now officially official. And now that they are part of the lineup, Apple has had to make some other choices to help trim the fat a little bit.
Along with the big unveiling of the iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13, Apple also unveiled the Pro variants for this year's smartphone lineup. Unlike the iPhone 12 series of Pro models, though, the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max share a lot of key similarities, especially when it comes to the cameras.
As is pretty typical for an Apple event, the people on stage have a tendency to bury some new product announcements in the shadow of the larger announcements. For example, this time around it's the unveiling of a brand new leather wallet option for the iPhone lineup, at leas those that support the MagSafe feature.
We're just a couple of days away from Apple unveiling some new products. The easy bet is that we'll see some new iPhones, with the iPhone 13 lineup expected to get the big ol' showcase experience this year. But we're also supposed to see a new Apple Watch, too. And Apple's truly wireless headphones might not be left out in the cold, either.

MagSafe, which allows for accessories of all kinds to attach to the back of supported iPhone models, is a great feature. But as is the case for all accessory-focused features, it needs support beyond Apple's. Which is good news for external battery packs.
We're inching closer to the time when Apple is going to announce new iPhones. Expectations, as usual, are set for early September. So it's no surprise to start seeing the hardware start cropping up ahead of time. Of course, nothing official. But, for now, it will certainly do.
