CatchaThief snaps a picture of the user when your passcode gets entered incorrectly

If you’re worried that someone might be trying to obtain unauthorized access to your iOS device when you aren’t looking, then you might find a new free jailbreak tweak called CatchaThief by iOS developer Jake James useful.

Once installed, CatchaThief harnesses your handset’s front-facing camera to snap a picture whenever someone enters your passcode incorrectly, allowing you to see anyone that might be trying to use your device without your permission.

Simulate iPhone X-like swipe gestures on unsupported handsets with HomeGesture

The iPhone X doesn’t have a Home button like traditional iPhones do. Instead, Apple has users swiping up from the bottom of the display to leave applications and unlock the handset.

But even if you’re still rocking a traditional Home button-equipped iPhone, you can take advantage of a new free jailbreak tweak dubbed HomeGesture by iOS developer MidnightChips to simulate the iPhone X-like swipe gestures on unsupported devices.

This tweak lets you colorize the iPhone X’s gesture bar

While the notch is one of the iPhone X’s most distinguishable features, so too is the missing Home button, which has been replaced with a new gesture bar.

Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t provide any customization options for said gesture bar, but a new free jailbreak tweak called LS Gesture Bar Colour (iPhone X) by iOS developer Justin Petkovic provides you with the customization that you might be looking for.

This jailbreak tweak lets you use the current time as your passcode

A few years back, a controversial jailbreak tweak was released that allowed you to use the current time as your iPhone’s unlocking passcode. Intriguingly, that idea appears to be making a comeback following the release of Electra1131.

Enter TimeToUnlock, a new free jailbreak tweak by iOS developer Jake James that revives this relatively classic passcode concept on jailbroken iOS 11 devices.

No Feedback hides the Feedback app on handsets with the tvOS beta profile installed

If you’ve been paying attention to the jailbreak scene recently, then you may have noticed Electra Team member CoolStar recommending that Electra1131 users install the tvOS beta profile on their jailbroken iOS device(s) to prevent iOS from nagging you to install software updates.

Assuming you heeded this advice, you should now have a purple Feedback app on your Home screen for reporting bugs and software issues to Apple. But if you’d rather not have this app, then you can use a new free jailbreak tweak called No Feedback by iOS developer RIshanan to get rid of it.

This tweak automatically pauses music playback when muting your device

iOS has one of the best music listening experiences you can get on a mobile platform, but one of the biggest pet peeves I have with it is how the operating system continues to play my song even after I mute my handset's volume.

Fortunately, a new jailbreak tweak called AutoPause11 by iOS developer Pa1n fixes this problem on Apple’s latest iOS versions, and it’s available as a free download from Cydia as of this writing.

Jailbreak Tweaks to check out

There’s been a hiatus in jailbreak tweak development during the spans of time that the community patiently awaited an iOS 11.2-11.3.1 jailbreak tool, but that wait is finally over after the Electra Team delivered Electra1131 to the public on Friday.

Despite how slow of a week it’s been, we’re dedicated to showing you everything new in Cydia since our previous weekly jailbreak tweak roundup. So without further ado…
