We’re following along live with Apple’s ‘It’s show time’ media event, and Tim Cook has just made the first big announcement: Apple News+. As the name suggests, it’s a premium news service that offers access to over 300 magazines, subscriptions for digital outlets like TechCrunch and theSkimm, and more traditional outlets like Wall Street Journal and LA Times.
The Apple News service will provide readers with real-time election results starting at 8pm ET on November 6, replacing the existing 2018 Midterm Elections channel that went live in the summer with a brand-new Election Night section.
Even though results aren’t perfect, the Internet has managed to extract the wallpaper from yesterday’s leaked marketing image of an upcoming iPhone XS refresh. And now, you can have that gorgeous space-themed look on the Lock and Home screen of your own iPhone.
