Costco members can buy discounted Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and Apple News+ subscriptions

Costco is a wholesale retailer, offering up large quantities of items at discounted prices. It’s also a members-only shop, which means you (or someone you know) has to have a membership to have access to the discounted goods. So, if you meet the requirements and you’re on the hunt for some discounted Apple services, Costco might have you covered.

As first noted by MacRumors, Costco apparently started selling yearly subscriptions to a few different Apple services at a slightly cheaper price. Actually, in the case of Apple News+, this is the only way you can get a yearly subscription for that particular service, as Apple doesn’t even offer that option.

Normally, Apple Arcade retails for $49.99 on a yearly basis, but if you pick up the subscription from Costco you’ll only fork over $44.99. Meanwhile, Apple TV+ is priced at the same $44.99 for a year through Costco, undercutting the standard $49.99 price tag.

Apple News+ costs $9.99 per month, which means it retails for $120 per year. But, for Costco members, you can get the news subscription service for just $89.99.

For whatever reason, Costco has these service subscriptions under the title “Apple Movie Tickets & Streaming,” but don’t let that throw you off.

So, not a huge discount by any means, but it will certainly save some folks out there some money. And that’s a good thing. It will be interesting to see if Costco starts selling off yearly subscriptions at a discounted price for some of Apple’s other services.
