Jawbone outs Big Jambox, a bigger, louder Bluetooth boom box

I like accessories Jawbone makes. Last year, I had a chance to test-drive their wireless portable speaker system, the Jambox, and to say that I walked away pretty much impressed would be an understatement.

As for the original Jawbone headset, it's still widely regarded as one of the best Bluetooth headsets available.

The recently released iPhone health bracelet dubbed Jawbone Up also stirred up quite an interest, even with certain reviews have not been so favorable.

The latest from Jawbone is Big Jambox, essentially a blow up version of the original Jambox. This badass speaker system is a dream come true for party-goers as it provides more oomph, offers greater personality and promises more bang for your buck than its $200 predecessor...

How about this gorgeous speaker dock for your iPad by Jean Michel Jarre?

Jean Michel Jarre, a composer, performer and music producer, may be best-known for his trademark new-age sound and a penchant for lavish concerts that dazzle fans with fireworks and spectacular light equipment rocking the out-of-this-world laser shows (and that was back in 1986).

What you might not have known is that this 63-year-old French also runs Jarre Technologies, a cutting-edge brand for high-end home entertainment products and technological lifestyle.

The AeroPod Two is the latest in prosumer speaker dock technology to come out from Jarre Technologies. There's a lot to like about this product, especially if you're fond of elegant designs akin to Apple's. The beast of a speaker dock is a whopping 34 inches wide, but wait 'till you hear the price...

Turn your iPad into a MacBook Air with this keyboard case

If there's one thing that the iPad accessory space isn't short on, it's keyboard cases. There are a number of them available from several top-notch manufacturers including Zagg, Logitech, and Kensington. But that doesn't mean there isn't room for one more.

Meet the Brydge, an aluminum bluetooth keyboard case for your second generation or third generation iPad. Made from the "highest quality materials," the accessory makes your tablet look (and function) an awful lot like a MacBook Air...

Midway adds iCade support to its Arcade app

Do you have an iCade? Do you like playing old arcade games like Spy Hunter or Rampage? Well if you answered yes to both of those questions, we've got some good news for you. Midway has just updated its Arcade app with iCade support.

Add DSLR features to your iPad with the Padcaster

Apple loaded a number of new features into its third-generation iPad: a faster processor, more RAM, and let's not forget LTE. The company's latest tablet also includes a much-needed camera upgrade, bringing the backside sensor to 5MP.

This finally makes the iPad a viable option for taking photographs and shooting videos while on-the-go. And thanks to the folks over at Manhattan Edit Workshop, it could become the preferred method. Introducing the Padcaster iPad case...

Forget Smart Cover, here comes uber-cool, origami-style iPad case

You simply gotta appreciate this little nugget. Here we have a unique case for the iPad 2 that flips open origami-style. It ain't a joke, this thing actually works as advertised.

Not only does it automatically transform into a versatile stand by simply opening the cover, the FlipSteady case - a Kickstarter project by Isaiah Coberly - also fluidly transitions between a variety of standing positions.

But don't take our word for it, check out a clip of the FlipSteady case in action...

Turn your iPad into a laptop with the NoteBookCase

9to5Mac spotlights an interesting iPad accessory that appears to turn the popular tablet into a miniature MacBook Pro. The NoteBookCase houses your iPad in a clamshell-like case with an Apple-style keyboard.

Of course, there is no shortage of keyboard-packing iPad cases on the market — both Zagg and Kensington make some pretty popular models. But none of them pack near the amount of features as the NoteBookCase...

Apple brings community Q&A to online store

Apple already has one of the most customer friendly shopping experiences around with its online store. An easy to navigate UI combined with pages full of information and a great customer support staff make it one of the best. Today, Apple has added a new element in hopes of making things a bit easier when you're buying your new iPhone or iPad online.

Apple has introduced an 'Answers from the community' section that allows customers to ask any question and get quick responses from fellow Apple fanboys. For more direct questions, this new section of the site should be of more assistance than Apple's support forums...

Carved offers beautiful laser engraved wooden skins for iDevices [giveaway]

You know I'm not really fond of cases or skins, but I never miss an occasion to check a new one out, especially when it's made to order. The folks over at Carved sent me a couple custom iDB skins a while ago and today I'd like to show you what it looks like.
