LockSecondsIndicator isn't the first tweak that adds seconds to your lockscreen clock, but it just might be the best.
A while back, I reviewed a similar tweak entitled ClockSeconds. That tweak attempted to do something similar, but it had its fair share of issues.
Does LockSecondsIndicator fair any better? Look inside for the video evidence...
Every week, we select a few apps that catch our eye. These apps can be from the App Store, web apps, or jailbreak apps.
This week, we've got three awesome App Store apps. Status is an app for sharing files, Pro:Alarm takes your typical alarm clock experience to the next level, and StockTouch is a beautiful app that brings the stock market to your iPad. Hope you enjoy this week’s picks!
One of the nicest things about SBSettings is the ability to quickly view your iPhone’s important vital statistics such as available RAM and IP Addresses.
What if you could access that same information quickly from your iPhone’s lock screen? Wouldn’t that be neat?
With TapClockInfo -- a jailbreak tweak for the iPhone -- now you can. Check inside for a video demonstration of it in action…
Is there still something wrong with your iPhone's alarm? What about alarms you set in iCal?
Reports are still coming in that non-reoccurring alarms are malfunctioning for users suffering from the nefarious Daylight Savings Time glitch. The BBC reports that European users are still not being woken up on time by their iPhone's alarm...
Daylight Savings Time has stuck again! A bug that reportedly caused the iPhone's internal clock to not adjust properly to Daylight Savings Time has resurfaced with the recent time change.
Two days ago, we told you about a glitch with the iPhone's clock not changing to the correct time for the DST "spring forward" of one hour. At the time of the report, no one was really sure to what extent this clock glitch was affecting users.
Complaints seemed to not be as wide spread as the last time there was a DST issue, but many people were (and still are) experiencing problems with their alarm not going off at the right time...
The iPhone's internal clock has been notorious for having glitches with Daylight Savings Time. This morning (2 A.M.) marked the Daylight Savings Time "spring forward" of one hour, and there have been numerous reports of the iPhone's clock falling back an hour instead of falling forward.
Complaints starting streaming in via Twitter this morning from users who were not woken up properly by their iPhone's alarm. While complaints vary, the general consensus seems to be that the iPhone's clock fell back an hour at midnight instead of falling forward...
Hot on the heels of 'No Rotation Status' -- A jailbreak tweak that removes the rotation lock icon from your status bar -- comes No Clock Status. Can anyone guess what No Clock Status does?
Flavor Flav might not be amused, but for those of you who are seeking to eek out every pixel of status bar real estate, this could be just what the doctor ordered...
There have been reports of outrage from iPhone users who weren't woken up by their iPhone alarm on New Year's Day morning. There is still mystery surrounding why this problem has occurred, but it seems to be widespread enough to raise concern.
As of 1/1/2011, users began complaining on Twitter that their alarm in the iPhone's clock app didn't wake them up like normal. After the clock struck midnight to usher in the new year, all non-repeating alarms in the clock app failed to sound. This problem sounds like the Daylight Savings Time issue that the iPhone had back in November.
The point is, you if set your alarm clock on your iPhone to be woken up tomorrow, you'll be getting more sleep than you intended...
