Alexa and Cortana have teamed up to create a more intelligent voice experience

Voice assistants like Siri and Google Assistant haven’t been created equal, with each has its own strengths and weaknesses. Amazon and Microsoft seemed to have recognized this when they announced a unique partnership last year that would combine the resources of Alexa and Cortana, respectively, across the two voice platforms. Nearly a year later, that collaboration is being put on display for the public for the first time, according to CNET.

Two days after it launched iOS 12 beta 7 to developers only to pull the update over performance issues, Apple's trying once again. The company just released the software as iOS 12 beta 8 with a new build number. Developers can download the new update over-the-air (OTA) or from the Apple Developer website. 

Kuo: Apple Car back on track, coming within 5-7 years

Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes the iPhone maker is positioning itself to introduce an automobile in three to five years. If true, this would represent an about-face for the company. In recent years, most have assumed Apple was no longer planning on building a so-called "iCar," but instead was focused on improving its CarPlay technology. The reputable analyst's comments were first published by MacRumors.
