How to track all your orders in the iOS 26 Wallet app on iPhone

The iPhone Wallet app in iOS 26 can use Apple Intelligence to tap into your emails sent from sellers, marketplaces, and courier companies, and show you full order details, tracking progress, notifications, etc. But you need to turn it on first, and we’ll show you how.

What’s new with order tracking in Apple Wallet?

The Apple Wallet app has supported automatic order tracking since iOS 16 for Apple Pay purchases from supported merchants. And with iOS 17 and later, you can manually tap the “Track with Apple Wallet” button on the order confirmation screen (if shown) to do just that.

Both these methods require the active participation of apps and websites to implement Apple Wallet order tracking. “The Wallet app displays information provided by the merchant,” says Apple. Many sellers/sites haven’t bothered to do this, as most of them have their own built-in tracking features or dedicated apps.

iOS 26 aims to simplify this by introducing enhanced order tracking in the Wallet app, using Apple Intelligence. Instead of relying on third-party seller support, Apple’s AI automatically goes through your Mail app and extracts order tracking information from relevant emails.

As a result, in theory, this new feature should allow you to see and track nearly all your online orders from Amazon, Best Buy, and other sellers conveniently in one spot in the Wallet app, provided the seller/courier company in question sends you confirmation and delivery progress emails.

Before you begin, here are a few things to note:

Turn on enhanced order tracking for the iPhone Wallet app

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone running iOS 26.
  2. Tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
  3. Tap Order Tracking from the bottom.
  4. Enable the switch next to Mail (Beta).

If your iPhone doesn’t support Apple Intelligence or the language is different, you’ll only see the Apple Pay option, which tracks purchases from select merchants where you pay using Apple Pay.

See your orders in the Wallet app

After you place an order, and if Apple Intelligence successfully scans your email for order tracking, you can find it in the Wallet app by following these steps:

  1. Open the iOS 26 Wallet app.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner, followed by Order.
  3. You should see all active orders here, with the seller name, details, order status, and tracking (if available). Orders from the Mail app will have a “Found in Mail” label.

What do you think of this new feature? Will you be enabling it on your iPhone? Or, will you continue using third-party delivery tracking apps like Parcel?
