Lucy’s School

Lucy’s School is all about change, going back to school, and finding out that teaching might actually be pretty difficult! Here’s how Apple TV+ describes the upcoming special:

The Peanuts gang is nervous about going to a new school, so Lucy starts her own. She soon learns that teaching is tougher than she thought — and that change can be a good thing.

The all-new special is set to premiere on Friday, August 12.

Five Days at Memorial

This one’s a drama based on actual events. Five Days at Memorial tells the story of those trapped inside a hospital following the devastating damage wrought by Hurricane Katrina. Caregivers at a New Orleans hospital were forced to make some hard decisions, to say the least.

Five Days at Memorial premieres August 12.

August 19

Bad Sisters

Bad Sisters is a dark comedy filled with gallows humor. It tells the story of the Garvey sisters, who are brought together by the premature death of their parents. Now, faced with the death of their brother-in-law, the sisters are faced with insurers looking to find out which one might have committed murder.

Bad Sisters premieres August 19.

Surfside Girls

Another one for the family, Surfside Girls tells the tale of Sam and Jade, who are on the hunt for buried treasure. However, things get hairy when supernatural mysteries crop up. This is based on the graphics novel series of the same name.

Surfside Girls premieres August 19.

August 26

See

The upcoming third season of See will be the show’s last. It will see the return of Jason Momoa as Baba Voss, as “a new form of warfare threatens to destroy the world as they know it”. Sounds like the show will be going out big for its final season.

The final season airs August 26.
