3DSettingsInfo displays helpful battery, cellular, & Wi-Fi information at a glance

Whenever you’re curious about certain statistics involving your iPhone, be it battery health, current internet speed, or your current Wi-Fi network, much of this information can be found in the Settings app.

But iOS developer smokin1337 is making these kinds of statistics much easier for end users to view at a glance with a free jailbreak tweak dubbed 3DSettingsInfo.

After you install 3DSettingsInfo, you can use a 3D Touch or Haptic Touch gesture on the Settings app icon itself to view all the aforementioned types of information from the ensuing pop-up without bothering to navigate the labyrinth that we usually call the Settings app.

Without 3DSettingsInfo, users would have to tap on the respective Wi-Fi, Cellular, or Battery options in the ensuing 3D Touch/Haptic Touch menu to launch the Settings app and see this information. 3DSettingsInfo makes it so you don’t have to do this.

In the screenshot example above, you’ll see that the information is shown as follows:

  • Wi-Fi: Displays the SSID of your current Wi-Fi network.
  • Cellular: Displays the current speed of your cellular connection in M/s.
  • Battery: Displays your current battery health percentage.

It’s worth noting that you can’t usually see your cellular data speed in the Settings app at all, so that’s one notable improvement besides just skipping the process of navigating the Settings app.

Those who’d like to give 3DSettingsInfo a try can download it for free from the iDeviceHacked repository via their favorite package manager app. The tweak supports jailbroken iOS 13 and 14 devices.

If you’re not already taking advantage of the iDeviceHacked repository, then you can add it to your package manager of choice by using the URL provided below:
