Claimed iPhone 13 cases have begun leaking ahead of Apple’s “California Streaming” event on Tuesday, September 14, with the latest batch revealing Apple’s first-party silicone and leather ones.
- Photos of Apple’s purported cases for iPhone 13 have leaked, showing off colors
- There should be eight new silicon cases and five new leather ones for iPhone 13
- The images came via a Twitter account with a mixed record of leaking Apple products
Leaked Apple iPhone 13 cases show off new colors
The images reveal the following lineup of case colors:
Apple silicone cases for iPhone 13
- Dark Blue
- Light blue
- Midnight Green
Apple leather cases for iPhone 13
- Dark purple
The images were shared by leaker Majin Bu on his Twitter.
Another leaker with the Twitter account @PinkDon1 recently posted a video purporting to show Apple’s silicone cases for iPhone 13 Pro Max with MagSafe branding. The video was deleted shortly after posting but Majin Bu reposted it via his own account, as seen embedded right ahead.

For those wondering, Majin Bu’s Twitter account has a mixed track record in terms of reporting Apple’s secrets so keep that in mind. For what it’s worth, the leaker correctly predicted Apple’s case lineup for iPhone 12 ahead of its unveiling.

If the images turn out to be right, Apple’s own iPhone 3 cases should be more vibrant than the company’s lineup of silicone and leather cases for iPhone 12. Apple typically updates case colors once or twice per year so expect these iPhone 13 cases to come in updated colors in spring 2022.
Apple events in September and October
Apple’s “California Streaming” event starts broadcasting on September 24 at 10am PT / 1pm ET.
The pre-taped event will be broadcast via Apple’s homepage and through Apple’s official YouTube channel. Apple is expected to unveil the new iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7 lineup at the event, with a possible introduction of the third-generation AirPods predicted as well.
There is almost certainly going to be another Apple event in October to unveil the rest of the company’s lineup ahead of the lucrative holiday shopping season. That one should give us redesigned new M1X-powered MacBook Pro models in 14 and 16-inch sizes along with a revamped iPad mini, an updated budget iPad, and possible other updates.
