If you don’t have Apple Music yet and are a fan of TikTok, you can now get four months of free music by signing up for Apple’s music-streaming service through the TikTok app.
According to The Apple Post, the limited-time offer aims to attract new Apple Music subscribers with four months of free services, a month more than Apple’s own free three-month trial. The offer is reportedly presented to the user via a TikTok in-app notification.
You must sign up for a new Apple Music account through the TikTok app to be eligible for four months of free music. An Apple ID with a registered payment method and a TikTok account are required to take advantage of this deal, which runs through January 4, 2021.
In addition to that, the promotion highlights official TikTok playlists on Apple Music.
The iPhone maker joined TikTok back in April. Apple Music has its TikTok account, too. Both accounts have been verified on the platform so they’re indeed genuine. The company has not shared much content on the platform aside from four videos promoting the iPhone 12 mini. Apple Music, on the other hand, has shared more than three-dozen videos on TikTok thus far.
