New Powerbeats Pro ad depicts a lengthy relay race set against breathtaking Icelandic scenery

Powerbeats Pro and their charging case allow for a total of 24 hours of run time, and the latest commercial from Apple-owned Beats brand drives that point home.

Titled “Zero Dark Project,” the 90-second video focuses on a daring challenge that a bunch of runners from the Paris Running Club took on in Iceland. The relay race would challenge them to chase the Sun across a 280-kilometer (174 miles) journey, all the while motivating themselves by listening to music through their Powerbeats Pro.

This is yet another cool ad for Apple’s sporty, truly wireless earbuds.

“In the wilderness of Iceland, seven runners from Paris Running Club undertook a relay like no other,” reads the video’s description. “Fueled by the new Powerbeats Pro with up to nine hours of listening time (24 hours with charging case), they faced a daunting 280km to chase a sun that wouldn’t set for days.”

Powerbeats Pro feature Apple’s latest H1 headphone chip that powers features like Hey Siri, seamless pairing across Apple hardware with faster device switching than before, more reliable Bluetooth 5.0 connections, optimized power consumption and other perks.
