In fact, you don’t have to look any further than Best Buy’s recent holiday commercial to gauge the level of the company’s popularity. The retailer has been an authorized Apple dealer for years, and it wants to make sure everyone knows that this holiday season…
Given the fact that Best Buy carries a number of tablets and smartphones from Sony, Samsung, and several other manufacturers, it’s interesting that it features Apple’s devices exclusively in the commercial.
Of course, the TV ad could have been a joint effort between the two companies. But considering that Apple’s iPhone and iPad sit at the top of kids wish lists this year, Best Buy was more than likely just trying to cash in on the brand’s high-profile status.
