Google+ App Updated for iPad/iPod Touch

Even though it seems like the new car smell has kind of worn off, Google+ is still seeing tons of traffic. The company took the social networking space by storm last month, and Google+ still consists of 20 million+ members.

It's had a native iPhone app for weeks, but for some reason the software has been blocked from installing on both the iPad and iPod touch. Users had to go through several steps to install the application on their tablets, and half the time it didn't work...

New Twitter.com for iPad Design Rolling Out this Week

Folks who prefer browsing Twitter.com with the iPad instead of using a native Twitter client will be happy to hear that the social networking giant is updating the site to be more compatible with Apple's tablet.

Up until now, navigating Twitter's website from the iPad was unpleasant. You had the choice to view the site in desktop mode, or an upscaled mobile view — neither one is very tablet-friendly. But that's all going to change during the next 7 days...

Skype for iPad Back in the App Store for Good

Skype prematurely launched its iPad app in the App Store last night, and the highly anticipated application was pulled about five hours later. Unless you got your hands on it during that brief window, you missed it for the time being.

In case you didn't know, Skype relaunched its iPad app in the App Store this morning, and hopefully it will be there to stay.

This new smaller timeframe suggests that this is more of an incremental upgrade, but we've already noticed a major difference from previous beta versions. Beta 4 is available over-the-air...

Following the release of Mac OS X Lion earlier today, Apple pushed an update to iTunes as well by bringing it to version 10.4. iTunes 10.4 was designed to work well with Lion. Among a few bug fixes, iTunes 10.4 gets full-screen mode support with Lion.

I tested iTunes 10.4 with my jailbroken and unlocked iPhone and I can report that it is safe. So, if you have Lion and see an iTunes update, don't be scared, you won't lose your jailbreak...
