Foxconn Stock Reaches Record High on the Back of iPhone 5 Rumors

Apple may not like it when we all start talking about unreleased hardware, but such speculation doesn't seem to be doing one of its biggest partners any harm.

In fact, Foxconn's close relationship with Apple has seen its stock price skyrocket to an all-time high thanks to extremely strong iPhone 4S sales combined with new rumors of iPhone 5 production.

Foxconn currently manufactures almost 50% of the planet's electronics, with Apple being its most high profile customer thanks to its hugely successful iOS devices in particular...

Siri Gets its Groove On in New Flaming Lips Song

Siri gets around a bit these days. If Apple's virtual assistant isn't starring in an episode of the Big Bang Theory then it's making music, with The Flaming Lips deciding to give Siri a shot at laying down the vocals for a new experimental song.

Called "Now I Understand," the track also features the voice of Erykah Badu alongside Siri, with the result being an interesting one to say the least.

Experimental is possibly the best way we can describe this song, though it does have a certain charm to it...

Apple Predicted to Sell 40 Million iPhones in China This Year

Speaking about China, analyst Katy Huberty belives Apple is on track to sell 40 million iPhones in China this year:

Investment bank Morgan Stanley believes Apple will partner up with both China Telecom and China Mobile "over the next year" to make its iPhone available on all three Chinese carriers, a move that could bring incremental sales of as many as 40 million units next calendar year.

I believe these numbers to be very conservative, especially if Apple signs a deal with China Telecom.

Conductive Gloves to Help You Operate Your iPhone in Freezing Tempertures

iPhone accessories aren't just limited to cases and screen protectors — they go way beyond that. The multi-billion dollar industry consists of products ranging from speaker docks to styli, and everything in between.

Even these new conductive mittens from Mujjo fall into the category. The gloves are knitted with a fabric filled with silver-coated nylon fibers, making them compatible with most common touchscreen-enabled devices...

You Can Now Manage Your Sprint Account From Your iPhone

Everyone needs to be able to keep tabs on their smartphone account. Even Sprint customers – we love you really! – should be able to take their iPhone and keep up to date on just what is going on with their Sprint accounts. Now they can.

Sprint has today launched its own iPhone app called "Sprint Mobile Zone" and it's actually a rather nice looking affair.

More importantly, the app actually has some useful features, with the ability to access your Sprint account not the only thing you'll be using Sprint Mobile Zone for...

Protect Your iPhone Screen with More Glass!

Nobody without a medical condition can seriously claim the iPhone's all-glass construction was a particularly good idea. While many of us have iPhones that have survived some considerable hammering, plenty have reported of cracks and scratches from the most inconspicuous of goings on.

There are already plenty of screen protectors out there that claim to keep your iPhone's glass face in pristine condition, but none have grabbed our attention quite like the Spigen GLAS.t has.

For starters, the cover itself is made of, wait for it, glass! Yup, you read that right. Not just any glass though, this thing's made of tempered glass which is just, well, better...

Verizon Shared iPhone and iPad Data Plan Coming Soon?

Many customers have both an iPhone and an iPad 3G that they use on the same network. This requires users to pay for separate data plans, but according to a leaked training manual this could soon change on the nation's largest carrier, Verizon.

According to Engadget, who leaked the flier, users will only have to pay a single $9.99 a month fee for one load of data that can be shared between both the iPhone and iPad. In May of 2011, Verizon's CFO Fran Shammo hinted towards this rolling out, but offered no time frame...

Confirmed: Apple Reaches iPhone 4S Agreement With China Telecom

Apple sold 37 million iPhones last quarter, making it the top smartphone manufacturer in the world by volume. But interestingly enough, the record-breaking number didn't include any sales from mainland China.

With nearly a billion wireless subscribers, China is a major opportunity for Apple to increase its handset sales. And it's already starting to make its move. Earlier this month Apple launched its iPhone 4S on China Unicom, and now reports are coming in that it's reached an agreement with China Telecom to do the same...

Apple Uses New Lottery System to Combat iPhone Scalpers in Hong Kong

Earlier this month, Apple released its popular iPhone 4S handset to long lines in mainland China. But launch day didn't last very long, as riots broke out in front of multiple Apple Stores around Beijing, forcing them to close.

Scalpers were believed to be a major factor in the riots — they buy iPhones and other gadgets and sell them for a profit on the grey market. But it looks like Apple has found a way to keep them from causing any more problems...

Apple Lists iPhone 4S as “In Stock” on Its Online Store

Since the iPhone 4S became available in October, it has yet to see an "in stock" label on Apple's Online Store. Earlier this month Apple moved to 3-5 days, as supply was still a little tight. Today however, things have changed, and Apple is now listing the iPhone 4S as "in stock" for all sizes and carriers.

Selling 37 million iPhones in Q1 2012, Apple was having trouble keeping up with demand. It's unclear how many of the 37 million were 4S's, but it was obviously a majority...
