Two weeks following the release of the third beta of iOS 10, watchOS 3, tvOS 10 and macOS Sierra, Apple on Monday issued iOS 10 beta 4, macOS Sierra beta 4, watchOS 3 beta 4 and tvOS 10 beta 4 to members of the Apple Developer Program. The public beta of iOS 10 and macOS Sierra matching the latest developer-only releases should be released tomorrow to public beta testers enrolled with the Apple Beta Software Program.

Apple leases 40,000 square feet of office space in India for iOS app design accelerator
Apple CEO Tim Cook during his May 2016 India trip announced that his company will be opening an iOS app design and development accelerator in the country early next year. Today, The Economic Times reported that the Cupertino firm has reached an agreement to lease 40,000 square feet of office space, spread over two floors at Galleria in North Bengaluru, to house the facility.

Apple issues beta 3 of macOS Sierra to developers
In addition to iOS 10 and tvOS 10, Apple also released the third beta of macOS Sierra to developers on Monday. The update is available for registered Mac developers in either the Updates tab of the Mac App Store, or in Apple's Dev center.
Today's beta 3 release comes just about two weeks after Apple issued beta 2, and just a little more than a month after the original developer beta was made available. The software, of course, was first introduced during Apple's WWDC keynote.
Apple seeds beta 3 of watchOS 3 to developers
Alongside several other software releases, Apple on Monday issued beta 3 of watchOS 3 for the Apple Watch. Registered developers can download and install the over-the-air update via the Watch app in iOS 10.
Today's beta 3 has build number “14S5290d” and comes nearly two weeks after beta 2 was released, and about a month after the original beta landed. Introduced at WWDC, watchOS 3 brings about a number of new features and improvements.

Apple on Monday seeded the third beta of iOS 10 (build “14A5309d”) to developers. The release, which comes roughly two weeks after beta 2, is available to all registered iOS developers through Apple's dev center.
Beta 2 brought about several, though not necessarily significant, changes including a new Rest Finger to Unlock option, and enhancements to Notification Center, Messages and the stock Music app.
Facebook SDK for Swift beta now available to iOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS developers
This past weekend, the social networking giant Facebook announced that a beta version of its brand new software development kit (SDK) for Apple's Swift programming language is available for download. The new SDK integrates Facebook buttons into iOS, watchOS, macOS and tvOS apps written in Swift, and integrates such features like Facebook Login, Analytics for Apps, Graph API and Share to Facebook sheets. The Facebook SDK source code is available via GitHub on an open-source basis.
Developer casting call posted for Apple’s ‘Planet of the Apps’ TV show
Television production company Propagate on Tuesday posted an open casting call for its upcoming 'Planet of the Apps' TV show, which it is co-producing with Apple. Developers working on an iOS, macOS, tvOS or watchOS app can apply via the show's website through August 26.
As explained by SVP Eddy Cue back in March, Planet of the Apps will be a nonscripted series about app design and development exclusive to Apple's platforms. Also working on the show are musical artist Will.i.am, and noted TV executives Ben Silverman and Howard T. Owens.

Apple’s European iOS App Development Center opening at University of Naples in October
We learned in January that Apple would be opening its first European iOS App Development Center in Italy and now German website Macerkopf.de notes that the Università di Napoli Federico II in Naples has officially confirmed partnering with Apple on the initiative.
Beginning in October 2016, the upcoming iOS App Development Center will let Naples university students take part in a nine month curriculum which was designed by Apple itself.
macOS Sierra beta 2 released to Apple’s registered developers
Apple today pushed a second beta of macOS Sierra following the original developer-only preview of the desktop operating system that was made available following the June 13 WWDC keynote. Members of the Apple Developer Program can install macOS Sierra beta 2 (build number “16A239j”) on their computers running a prior beta through the Software Update mechanism.
