How to make your iPhone speak the current time and date

Sometimes you just don't have time to look at the time. Or maybe you're in a dark room, and don't want the iPhone's light to blind you as if you were staring directly into the sun. In either of these scenarios, using TimeSpeak would be appropriate.

TimeSpeak is a jailbreak tweak that will speak the current time and date out loud when invoked via an Activator action. The tweak contains numerous options for speaking certain parts of time like day, month, hours, minutes, seconds, etc. Take a look inside for a full video demo...

Clockify adds a live clock to your Home screen and more

Clockify is a recently released jailbreak tweak that takes the fundamentals of Live Clock, and gives it a modern iOS 5 update. With Clockify you can add a live functioning clock on your Home screen, along with adding world clocks to the Lock screen and Notification Center.

Finally, the iPad can lay claim to a Clock app of its own. That's right, with iOS 6, comes a new Clock app built from the ground up with the iPad in mind. The first word that might come to your head after initially laying eyes on the Clock app is "beautiful", as it's accented with a level of detail that Apple is famous for.

Included with the Clock app is a world clock capable of storing up to 24 different locations, along with the obligatory alarm, stop watch, and timer functions. New in iOS 6: a new Clock app for the iPad

Finally. There is now a Clock app included with iOS 6 on the iPad. I guess having Siri on the iPad forced Apple's hand. But this isn't just any old ordinary Clock app, Apple went the extra mile and created a downright beautiful interface that puts the iPhone Clock app to shame.

Clock Widget for Dashboard X brings an Android inspired clock to iOS

Clock Widget is a simple Android inspired widget that's great to use if you like to hide the clock in your status bar like yours truly.

I see this as being more or less of a way to show off the potential of Dashboard X, as it was created by the developer of Dashboard X himself.

How to add world clocks to Notification Center
