With the public launch of iOS 15.2, Apple welcomed a few different features into the mix. And while there are still some features that Apple hasn't launched to the public since first unveiling them at this year's WWDC, it doesn't look like the next update for iOS is going to bring them to the fore, either. At least, that's based on a leaked version of the first beta of that update, anyway.

Apple seeds fourth iOS 15.2, iPadOS 15.2, tvOS 15.2, and watchOS 8.3 betas to developers
Moving right along here, Apple has seeded the next beta for its upcoming software update to iOS 15 and iPadOS 15. This latest update isn't the biggest by far, and it's not adding a whole suite of new forward facing features for the end user. However, the software does make some notable additions and changes.
Apple seeds fourth beta of macOS Monterey 12.1 to developers
One of the features that macOS Monterey users are still waiting to get their hands on is SharePlay. And while the wait continues, we're at least one step closer. Apple is moving ahead with the developer betas of the software that will actually bring it to the masses.

Apple seeds second iOS 15.2, iPadOS 15.2, tvOS 15.2, macOS 12.1, and watchOS 8.3 betas to developers [Updated: What’s new and public betas]
The last time Apple seeded betas for its next updates to its operating systems, it was still October. But, today, the company is back at it again, preparing developers (and, eventually, public beta testers) for what's to come on the software front. As such, there are new beta seeds available for developers.
Apple seeds first betas of iOS 15.2, iPadOS 15.2, tvOS 15.2, and watchOS 8.3 to developers
Hot on the heels of releasing iOS 15.1 and iPadOS 15.1 to the public, Apple is already hard at work on the follow-up. As such, a period of beta testing is part of the process. Which means developers now get to try out iOS 15.2 and iPadOS 15.2 ahead of a public launch later this year.
Universal Control in macOS Monterey is now labeled as a beta
Earlier this year, when Apple unveiled macOS Monterey 12 to the world, one of the major bullet points in the features column was "Universal Control." It quickly became one of the more anticipated elements of the desktop operating system, which will let users use a single keyboard and mouse/trackpad across multiple devices. But Apple's making sure to set expectations (at least a little) ahead of the public launch.

Moving right along, as Apple continues its march towards the public release of iOS 15.1 and iPadOS 15.1. To get there, though, we need more betas. And today, we have a new one for developers.
iOS 15.1 beta 2 fixes bug causing issues with unlocking iPhone 13 with Apple Watch
The iPhone 13 lineup launched earlier this month. And, unfortunately for some new owners, a bug surfaced that caused the new hardware to not properly communicate with a paired Apple Watch to access the ability to unlock the iPhone 13 with an Apple Watch. This feature is designed to make unlocking an iPhone with Face ID much more streamlined while wearing a mask (but it works without a mask, too, like when wearing certain sunglasses).
