Even if Apple’s forced to change App Store rules, will you keep using it the same way you do now?

Some people believe it's a negative that Apple controls so much of the iPhone experience. Some of those people would point to the Mac and say, "See? They don't have to have such a heavy-handed approach" and maybe they're onto something. But a lot of folks out there don't see it the same way, calling Apple's "guiding hand" just one less thing they need to think about on a day-to-day basis.

Apple's lineup of refurbished products is healthy, and it's a solid way to pick up a new-to-you device without forking over the full retail price. Of course, the hard part is waiting for the refurbished product to actually launch in Apple's refurbished digital storefront. For folks out there waiting for the Mac mini with M1 processor and 10GB ethernet port, the wait is over.

If things pan out the way many expect, Apple is going to announce a new iPhone lineup, along with plenty of other devices, in the early part of September. Relatively soon after that, preorders will start. Then, like clockwork, the handsets will launch and people will be able to get their hands on them. First, though, the rumor mill has to keep trying to fill in the blanks.
