ClamCase Pro turns your iPad Air 2 into a slim laptop

ClamCase has come a long way since its first-generation iPad case. It is now ultra thin, has a better hinge system, and has arguably the best typing experience you can get on a tablet.

The ClamCase Pro is designed specifically for the iPad Air 2 and has new features that make it even better than its predecessors. It also now comes in three different colors to match your style.

iFixit gives Apple’s Smart Keyboard the lowest repairability score possible

Repair experts over at iFixit today pried open Apple's new $169 Smart Keyboard case for the iPad Pro.

As you know, the Smart Keyboard is covered in Apple's mysterious conductive fabric that actually connects the keyboard to the iPad Pro's Smart Connector and allows for a “two‑way flow of power and data.”

But more important than that, the accessory is completely glued together, which makes servicing next to impossible. In fact, the Smart Keyboard files as one of the least repairable devices iFixit has ever analyzed so small wonder they gave it a repairability score of zero out of ten, ten being the easiest to repair.

This iPhone 6s leather case features a Bluetooth keyboard

The 4.7 and 5.5-inch screens of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus have made it possible for us to do more than ever on a smartphone. One of the benefits is the ability to be more productive with our digital lives. You can send email, edit PDFs, and write novels much easier with the larger screen space.

Top makes a hefty detachable keyboard with a leather folio cover that increases your smartphone productivity even more. Just flip open the cover and start typing.

This flexible mounting system attaches Apple TV and Siri Remote to the back of your telly

A United States company called Innovelis today announced that its brand new flexible mounting system for the fourth-generation Apple TV set-top box and Siri Remote is available for purchase exclusively via Apple's retail and online stores around the world.

Retailing for just $29.95, this useful accessory is especially convenient for Apple TV fans with a wall-mounted TV.

Dubbed the TotalMount Pro, it attaches your Apple TV directly to the back of a television set, helping eliminate both the clutter and the need to tunnel the HDMI cable through the wall from your TV area.

Review: the $10 iPad Pro Smart Case

Earlier today, I got my hands on the JETech Smart Case for iPad Pro. The JETech is an uber-cheap iPad Pro case offering that's currently available for purchase on Amazon.

As you're probably aware of, Apple hasn't produced an all-in-one Smart Case solution for the iPad Pro. Instead, users wanting full 360° coverage will need to opt for both a Smart Cover and a Silicone Case. That combination, while certainly premium feeling, also comes with a premium price at around $140 before tax. In contrast, I was able to pick up the JETech case for a hair under $10.

The JETech isn't perfect, but its exceptionally low price will tempt more than a few iPad Pro adopters. Of course, you do tend to get what you pay for, so should you even bother?

PowerMe will turn any device into a power source

A new accessory that launched earlier today on the crowdsourcing platform Indiegogo attempts to solve an important concern with mobile devices—battery life—with an interesting twist.

Dubbed the PowerMe, this tiny multi-purpose dongle turns almost any mobile device outfitted with a microUSB port into a mobile battery pack for your other gadgets, including Lightning-enabled iPhones, iPads and iPods.

In addition, the PowerMe lets you share photos, music and other documents between devices and it's small enough to easily snap onto your keyring.

Orzly DuoStand lets you charge your Apple Watch and iPhone 6s at the same time

If you have an Apple Watch, you have an iPhone. So, why not display them on the same stand when charging them? Orzly makes a dual charging dock that holds both devices so you can set them up on your nightstand or desktop for a sleeker look.

The DuoStand is made from anodized aluminum to match your other Apple products, like the MacBook or iMac. It has a slim, minimalist design representative of the aesthetic that we know so well from Apple.

The Smarteer screen protector adds extra navigation buttons to your iPhone 6s

Considering the iPhone has such a high resell value, even after two years of use, most of us go out of our way to protect our device to ensure it looks as good on day 730 as it did on day one. Having a good screen protector ensures that your beautiful screen does not suffer scratches and scuffs along the way.

The Smarteer is more than just a screen protector. QPUA, the company behind this new technology, has added two action buttons at the bottom, so you can access certain features on the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus without having to reach up to the top of the screen.

Griffin WatchStand Charging Station: a solid two-in-one dock with some trade-offs

Earlier this month I reviewed the Belkin Charge Dock, a stylish dock for your iPhone and Apple Watch. I praised it for its classy, minimalistic design and embedded chargers, but knew that its steep $130 price tag would be a turnoff for many potential buyers.

This time around I want to tell you about a more affordable option—the Griffin WatchStand Charging Station. It too offers space for your iPhone and Apple Watch to rest and recharge, at less than half the price, but that savings does come with a few tradeoffs.

First, there's design. I don't think the WatchStand looks bad—in fact, Sebastien called its identical smaller sibling "sleek"—but I also don't think it looks anywhere near as good as the Belkin. Second, there are no cables included, meaning you have to supply your own.

So does the WatchStand's price and functionality offset these shortcomings? Let's find out.

Official Magnetic Charging Dock for Apple Watch launches for $79

Following yesterday's leaked packaging of an official Apple-branded dock for the Apple Watch, the Magnetic Charging Dock is going on sale this morning via the Apple Online Store and company-owned retail stores in the United States, Germany and a few other markets.

The accessory is priced at $79 and includes a two-meter Lightning cable that attaches to the base of the dock. The Magnetic Charging Dock supports your watch in either portrait or landscape orientation, which is really handy given the Nightstand mode in watchOS 2.

Logitech Create Backlit Keyboard Case Review: a great keyboard solution for iPad Pro owners

The Logitech Create Backlit Keyboard Case for iPad Pro is a great solution for those of you who are heavy typers.

Because this keyboard case, unlike Apple's Smart Keyboard, fully surrounds the iPad Pro when closed, it actually saves you money to go with Logitech's offering over Apple's Smart Keyboard + Silicone Case combo.

Of course, the protection elements offered by the Logitech Create are mere side points to the main questions: How does this keyboard perform for typers? Can I use the Logitech Create to type long-form content, or is it primarily suited for quick text outbursts? How does it fair when attempting to lap type? These are concerns that anyone who's interested in doing real work with the iPad Pro will have.

The Logitech Create Backlit Keyboard Case isn't without a few downsides, but for those of you primarily concerned with having a serviceable keyboard available at all times, it's a very good option that's worthy of your consideration.

Apple to launch its own Apple Watch charging dock

According to a reliable source who spoke with French blog iGen.fr, an official Apple-branded dock for the Apple Watch has been in the works since the device's April 2015 debut and is reportedly imminent. A leaked packaging photo suggests the charging dock will be marketed as the Magnetic Charging Dock.
