Apple briefly hinted that Apple Music is coming to gaming consoles

Apple Music is available beyond the Apple ecosystem, thanks to support on some smart TVs and, most notably, Android devices. But, one area of use that Apple has not yet capitalized on is video game consoles. Apple Music is not currently available on Sony's PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5, Microsoft's Xbox One series or the newer Series S or Series X, and it's not available on Nintendo's Switch. However, there have been some grumblings that could be changing. And now even Apple's hinted at the possibility.

We first heard about a climate change anthology series coming from Scott Z. Burns way back in January of last year. At the time, nothing was confirmed, but it looked like Apple was close to securing a deal for the series that would eventually see the light of day on Apple TV+. It actually wouldn't be until December that the deal would be finalized, and some of the initial details were revealed. And today, we finally know how the cast is shaping up.

Google has been releasing phones for many years now. And while the company has picked up plenty of love and attention from customers, the company's efforts have not reached Apple-level sales. Some have said it's because Google's attempts haven't reached the same heights as iPhones of the past.
