Earlier today, Apple released an FAQ to address the controversial location debacle. Apple acknowledged that there was a bug within iOS. When Location Services was turned off, the iPhone continued to updated WiFi and cell tower data from Apple's crowd-sourced database.

To address this issue, Apple announced that it would be releasing a software update within the next few weeks, most likely iOS 4.3.3. In addition to rectifying the location-tracking issues on iOS devices, Apple might also patch @i0n1c's untethered iOS 4.3.x jailbreak exploit, leaving you with a tethered jailbreak.

White iPhone 4 32GB Might Not Be Available From AT&T

If you were one of the few that's planning on getting a white iPhone 4 in the 32GB storage capacity from an AT&T store this Wednesday, you might not be able to.

According to an internal AT&T shipping invoice obtained by the folks over at Boy Genius Report, while AT&T stores are scheduled to receive the 16GB version of the white iPhone 4, the 32GB model is nowhere to be found on the invoice.

First Lawsuit Filed For iPhone Location-Tracking Debacle

I had a feeling this was coming. The very first lawsuit has been filed against Apple for the highly controversial tracking of location data from the iPhone and iPad.

According to Bloomberg, a lawsuit was filed against Apple on April 22nd in Tampa, Florida, at a federal court by iPhone user, Vikram Ajjampur, and iPad user, William Devito. The two iDevice users claim that Apple has been surreptitiously tracking the location of iPhone and iPad owners.

They claim to have filed the lawsuit in an effort to stop the alleged data collection by Apple.

Cydia Finally Back Online

Cydia is finally back online! Literally, after 86 hours of downtime due to Amazon's EC2 outage, Cydia is up and running.

UltraSn0w Unlock for iPhone 4.3.2 Released

Following the release of the updated PwnageTool 4.3.2 jailbreak tool, the iPhone Dev Team has also pushed out an update to the UltraSn0w unlock in Cydia.

UltraSn0w 1.2.2 has been released to support the new iOS 4.3.2 firmware, as the previous version of UltraSn0w (1.2.1) was broken in iOS 4.3.2. Please note, this will only work for the older iPhone 4 baseband 1.59.00, and iPhone 3G/3GS  basebands 4.26.08, 5.11.07, 5.12.01, 5.13.04, and 6.15.00. It can not unlock newer basebands since there is currently no unlock available.

Apple Testing T-Mobile USA iPhone 4?

Well, well, what do we have here? The folks over at Boy Genuis Report have got their hands on what seems to be a photo of a T-Mobile iPhone 4, with 3G connectivity and all.

Looking at the markings on the back of the handset, in addition to the field-testing settings and applications on the device, it looks to be a prototype. BGR claims that the internal name for this specific model iPhone is N94, while the Verizon model is N92 and the standard GSM variant is N90.

iBooks Updated To Version 1.2.2

I have to say, I absolutely love using the iBooks app on all my iDevices. This has to be one of the best features (in my opinion) in iOS 4, and since its release I've been using it at least once every week. If you're an iBooks user, you'll be glad to know Apple has pushed out another update to further improve the iBooks experience.
