Apple shares a pair of slow-motion videos as part of ‘Shot on iPhone 6’ campaign

Apple’s ‘Shot on iPhone 6’ campaign continues with a pair of new videos shared last evening on the company’s YouTube channel. Highlighting iPhone photography skills by Apple dans Willian P. and Jirasak P., the 15-second clips focus on the capabilities of the iPhone 6 camera’s Slow-Mo video capture.

Since its March 2015 launch, ‘Shot on iPhone 6’ thus far has featured the creativity of more than 77 iPhone photographers from 70 cities across 24 countries around the world.

In addition to YouTube, the clips are also streamable straight from Apple’s website. Check out the first new video below, using a Slow-Mo video Willian P. took this year in Votorantim, Brazil.

Apple is highlighting a curated selection of photographs and a bunch of videos taken, edited and shared on the latest iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus handsets.

After taking the campaign mainstream with magazine and newspaper ads and huge billboards in Los Angeles, Dubai, Tokyo, Toronto, London’s Euston Square subway station and the Malaysian city of Bangsar, to mention but a few, ‘Shot on iPhone 6’ won the award for the Outdoor Lions Grand Prix category at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

All told, ‘Shot on iPhone 6’ featured more than 10,000 installations in 73 cities in 25 countries, with Apple calling it “the largest mobile photography gallery in history.”
