Jailbreak tweaks of the week: Bazzi 2, NextUp, Ringer13, and more

It’s a great time to be a member of the jailbreak community, and if you have a pwned handset in your possession, then you might be wondering about the best way to make your handset stand out from the crowd.

In this roundup, we’ll discuss all the jailbreak tweaks released from Monday, September 30th to Sunday, October 6th. As always, we’ll kick things off by discussing our favorites and then wrap things up with an outline of the rest afterward.

This tweak gives iOS’ native Weather widget an animated background

Among all the widgets that can be activated via your iPhone or iPad’s Today page, perhaps one of my favorites is Apple’s native Weather widget. Customize your iPhone’s Lock screen in depth with FingerLock

Citing the details provided to us in the tweak’s Cydia depiction, FingerLock provides the user with a bevy of Lock screen-centric customization options that can help it stand out from the crowd. The tweak purportedly includes the following features:

Cosette lets you Respring your jailbroken device more easily

When you have a jailbroken iPhone or iPad at your disposal, the question isn’t ‘if’ you’ll ever respring your device, but rather ‘when.’ Fortunately, there’s no shortage of jailbreak tweaks that make it easy to respring your handset from just about anywhere.

The latest of such tweaks is a new release called Cosette by iOS developer iKilledAppl3, which as the screenshots above depict, adds a convenient respring button to the first page of the native Settings app.
