Five addictive iOS games on my iPhone right now

I'm not a massive gamer, I leave that to my son. However I do like the odd iOS game thanks to the fact you can pick it up and play pretty much anywhere you want. Unfortunately some of these little games are addictive as hell and take up way too much of my work time.

So enjoy 5 of the most addictive iPhone games that I'm digging right now:

The Simpsons to land on iOS soon

Electronic Arts has recently confirmed that it will soon launch an official Simpsons game for iOS, with the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch all getting a piece the action.

The Simpsons: Tapped Out will be a free title and include all the main voices from the legendary cast. While no official release date has been set in stone, EA did tell CNET that the game would be out “within the next few weeks”...

Stunt Car Racer, the iPhone-controlled car

Sure, the iPhone is great for work and all, but what we really love it for is to have fun. With the amount of games and accessories that are found for the iPhone, it's an easy thing to spend plenty of money on. We really love the ones that take it to the extreme.

From the maker of iHelicopter is a new iPhone controlled car called the Stunt Car Racer. It uses the iPhone's accelerometer to control the car.

Check it out in action:

Get ready for Angry Birds Space

If there is someone who knows how to milk the heck of a franchise, it's the Rovio folks. After Angry Birds, Angry Birds Seasons, and Angry Birds Rio, your favorite birds are now ready to conquer space in the upcoming edition of Angry Birds Space, to be released on March 22.

Besides this video trailer and the official teaser website, we don't know anything about Angry Birds Space, except it's probably going to be a massive hit again...

Microsoft kickstarted the project back in December of last year when it introduced an official Xbox LIVE application for the iPhone. But according to a recent Forbes report, that was only the beginning...
