In case you haven't picked up on it yet, tomorrow's a huge day for the Apple community. Not only is it Day One of  WWDC, but we're also expecting the company to make a number of big announcements.
As presumed, there won't be a live video stream of tomorrow's media event. And a clip of the keynote won't likely be available until hours after it's over. But never fear, as usual, iDB has you covered...
Last year, the Dev Team announced that iPhone 3G/3GS owners unlocked on baseband 06.15.00 would likely be stuck there forever, leaving them to deal with GPS bugs and other issues.
But that may not be the case, as it appears that hackers have been working on a fix. Unlocking expert MuscleNerd has just announced that a baseband downgrade is on the horizon...
In less than 24 hours, Tim Cook and company are going to take the stage at WWDC to show off their latest mobile operating system: iOS 6. We know that Maps and other default applications are expected to get makeovers in the new software, but we haven't heard much about other changes.
It's no secret that iOS engineers have used the jailbreak community for "inspiration" in the past — we counted a number of instances of this in last year's iOS 5 update. So we started thinking, if it were up to us, what 10 jailbreak tweaks would we like to see them implement in iOS 6?
And this is what we came up with...
With iOS 6 being the main theme of tomorrow's keynote, Apple's chief executive Tim Cook, iOS boss Scott Forstall and marketing head honcho Phil Schiller (aka Mini-Me and Dr. No) will likely share stage time to announce the latest in Apple's mobile operating system powering the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Feeling excited yet?
We're also keeping our eyes peeled for the latest iPhone and Apple TV developments and are expecting shiny new commercials (hopefully they do better than latest celebrity adverts), plus the usual dose of Apple's trademark one-liners, superlatives and hyperbolas.
Here's what we're looking forward to, some of the stuff we've been keeping our fingers crossed for and what the rumor-mill predicted would go down tomorrow...

An intriguing post from the folks over at WeiPhone.com, a Chinese tech forum, is making the rounds on the internet this morning. The post claims to contain a list of official download links for iOS 6 beta and other unreleased software.
With WWDC starting tomorrow, we definitely expect to see developer betas released sometime in the next 24 hours (happened with iOS 5 last year). But if these links are legitimate, then we're all in for some big surprises...
So you finally got around to jailbreaking your new iPad, and you're wondering which apps and tweaks are the best? Don't worry, iDB has you covered. We've taken the time to test out some of the best tweaks available for the new iPad to ensure that they perform as expected on the latest 5.1.1 firmware.
While many of the items shown here work great on the iPhone, the list was compiled strictly with the new iPad in mind. For that reason, just because you see an item on the list doesn't necessarily mean it'll play 100% nice with an iPhone or iPod touch.
Take a look inside for the top 10 jailbreak tweaks for the new iPad...

If you're a case-maker trying to play in a crowded space like the iPhone market, you really just have two options. One, try to be the best (see Otterbox, Case-Mate). Or two, use a niche to try and appeal to as big of an audience as possible.
PowerA has definitely gone with the latter strategy for its new line of officially licensed, Star Wars cases. Well I guess if you're targeting large audiences, the iPhone-toting Star Wars crowd isn't a bad choice...
The stock iPhone Lock screen leaves a lot of untapped potential on the table, and for that reason it's no surprise that we see so many jailbreak tweaks that focus on modifying the Lock screen.
HTCLock is the latest tweak to focus on the Lock screen. It allows you to launch apps easily using an HTC-styled interface. Check inside for the full video walkthrough...
I've always tinkered with my devices, regardless of their OS. I remember installing leaked versions of RIM's OS 6 on my old BlackBerry Bold, and rooting my Android handsets to install the latest ROMs.
But out of all of those experiences, I can honestly say that hacking devices, customizing them and installing tweaks, is much easier to do on iOS than it is on any other platform — even the "open" Android...
Taking a picture with the iPhone is easy. All you do is touch the little camera icon and voila, you instantly have a photo you can share with the world. There is nothing wrong with the spontaneous snap. However, in today's lesson we are going to explore a technique that allows you to flex your creative muscle.
Before we get into the lesson, there are a couple of terms we need to cover first. They are "exposure", "highlights", and "shadows"...
