Apple has unveiled a limited-edition AirPods 5 featuring a simple rangoli design engraved on its wireless charging case to celebrate India’s ongoing festival season. Additionally, there is a new ‘Display your creativity’ website where you can design your own Rangoli and download it as a wallpaper. Here are some of the best designs, along with some special Apple logo rangoli backdrops for your iPhone and Android phone.

For starters, Rangoli is an Indian art form where people create beautiful designs and patterns on the floor using flower petals, dry colored powders, colorful rice, and such common everyday materials to add beauty and auspiciousness to special occasions and festivals such as Navratri, Dussehra, Diwali, and Chhath Puja (all of which fall in the last quarter of the year). People usually make rangoli at the entrance of the house or office, or in the center of the living room, where everyone can admire its beauty.

Apple lets you create quick Rangoli wallpapers for your iPhone or Android phone and add a festive touch to your digital space. Here’s the step-by-step process:
- Visit apple.com/in/create-your-rangoli/ on your iPhone or Android phone. It won’t work on a computer, or even on an iPad with a browser forced into a mobile window size using Stage Manager. However, it works on Mac if you enable Safari developer options, then select Develop > User Agent > iPhone and reduce the browser window size.
- Select a color.
- Tap the outer, middle, or inner rings of Rangoli to switch between five inner, six middle, and five outer patterns. You can also tap ‘Mix it up’ to change everything in one tap.
- Once you’ve chosen a look, tap the download button.
- Then, tap Download > Save Image. If you’re on iPhone, you can also view your Rangoli design in your space using the View in AR button.
With 5 inner, 6 middle, and 5 outer designs in 5 color combinations, you can create up to 750 unique wallpapers. If you want them all, BasicAppleGuy has gone the extra mile and shared them all on Google Drive. I have included my favorite 25 designs below so you can preview and download the ones you want. But first, here are 12 wallpapers I created in Canva using the Rangoli Apple logo.
