The iPad has no shortage of pro-grade illustration apps. Affinity Designer from developer Serif has an iPad version. Autodesk has nice iPad apps on the App Store, and  Adobe has provided an iPad edition of its Illustrator software since 2020.

These are all nice apps, but Procreate Dreams has no competition—it’s the only pro-grade animation software for Apple’s tablet created for the rest of us.
