The latest news to affect iOS 9 users who wish to jailbreak involves the likes of the kok3shi9 jailbreak tool by SakuRα Development, which received an update again this week to version 4.0.1.
Announced by SakuRα Development team member @kok3shiDev in an undisclosed Discord server this week, and echoed on Twitter, we can gather from visiting the tool’s website that the latest version implements the following changes and improvements:
– Improved some logs
– Re-added support for LDRestart
The kok3shi9 jailbreak came out of beta as of version 4.0, and it’s worth noting that the tool was previously deemed End of Life (EOL) by the developer with the recommendation that users move to different tools instead.
Regardless, the developer still seems to be working in the background to improve a tool that we’re sure some diehard iOS 9 users are taking advantage of, and that should make anyone in the jailbreak community smile because it takes dedication to be so laser-focused on something like that.
