Apple Watch’s Time to Walk feature is bringing a new episode featuring Prince William to Fitness+ subscribers and fans of the Apple Music 1 radio on December 6.

“His Royal Highness Prince William will be the next Time to Walk guest on Apple Fitness+, closing the second season of the series with a special holiday episode that will be released on December 6,” reads an announcement published on Apple Newsroom.
Prince William will close the second season of Time to Walk.
Time to Walk is an audio walking experience that’s available on the Apple Watch for Fitness+ subscribers. These episodes include personal stories, interviews, photos and music from celebrities and influencers, and more.
In his Time to Walk episode, Prince William talks about the importance of keeping mentally fit. He also reflects on a lighthearted moment when he was drawn out of his comfort zone, the value of listening as a way to empower others and an experience that led him to prioritize mental health.
Each episode is between 25 and 40 minutes long, just the right amount of time to immerse yourself in a walk. The new episode with Prince William, for instance, is 38 minutes long. Prince William also hand-picked three charities that Apple will make donations to Crisis Text Line in the US, Shout 85258 in the UK and Lifeline in Australia.
A Time to Walk special on Apple Music 1
If you’re not a Fitness+ subscriber, you can stream this episode for free by tuning in to Apple Music 1, the company’s Internet radio station previously known as Beats 1 Radio.
Time to Walk with Prince William will stream for free on Apple Music 1 on Monday, December 6, at 8am. local time in London and Los Angeles, as well as on Tuesday, December 7, at 8am local time in Sydney. There are three special audio airings planned with stories and music only.

Once a Time to Walk episode is selected on Apple Watch, a Walk workout automatically begins and users can go at any pace that suits them while listening with AirPods or paired Bluetooth headphones. New episodes ranging from 25 to 40 minutes will appear automatically in the Workout app on Apple Watch, and users can also browse episodes in the Fitness+ tab in the Fitness app on iPhone.
