Apple TV+ shares official trailer for unscripted series ‘Long Way Up’

Almost a month ago, Apple TV+ shared a first look at the upcoming unscripted series Long Way Up starring Ewan McGregor. Now, we get the official trailer.

Today, Apple uploaded the first official trailer for the upcoming series to its YouTube channel. The new trailer measures in at just over two minutes in length, so there’s quite a bit to see. There is plenty of banter between McGregor and Charley Boorman, which is one of the mainstays of the series as a whole. Long Way Up reunites the pair after their last motorcycle trip around the world, which was more than a decade ago.

This new unscripted series takes place over the course of 13,000 miles and over 100 days, according to Apple. Here’s the description of the series:

Covering 13,000 miles over 100 days through 16 border crossings and 13 countries, starting from the city of Ushuaia at the tip of South America, Ewan and Charley journey through the glorious and underexposed landscapes of South and Central America in their most challenging expedition to date, using cutting-edge technology on the backs of their prototype electric Harley-Davidsons in order to contribute to the sustainability of the planet.

McGregor and Boorman travel through Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, Central America, and finally into Mexico this time around. Ross Malkin and David Alexanian are directing.
