If you’ve got a jailbroken iOS handset at your disposal, then don’t waste any time – open your preferred package manager and refresh your sources. Upon doing so, you should find a curious new jailbreak tweak called Arc by iOS developer Muirey03 in your Changes list.
Arc is a beautiful new extension for pwned handsets that brings your favorite actions and apps right to your fingertips from anywhere in iOS. As depicted in the screenshot examples above, the tweak is quite literally arc-shaped, and this makes it comfortable to use with one hand.
Arc, which is compatible with jailbroken iOS 12 and 13 devices, can be invoked by merely pulling up from the corner of your handset’s display. You can choose whether it appears on the left or right side, and as you might come to expect, the gesture respects these settings (if you selected the left side, then you’d swipe on the left, and so on…)
As for what Arc can do, it can behave like an app launcher and provide fast access to your favorite toggles. Arc can even mimic hardware button functions and make actions that aren’t available as Control Center shortcuts easier to access.
