Heart Analyzer, an Apple Watch app that lets you see your heart rate data in many different ways on your wrist, has been refreshed with an overhauled look, new pretty charts and more.

The app has been completely redesigned with rich support for the watchOS 6 update, SwiftUI and other modern technologies which help bring its beautiful, fluid user interface to life.

You can now view additional detail for your Apple Watch workouts as well as graph metrics like Activity and Cardio Points from the past week, right on your wrist. Aside from graphs of the day and some truly gorgeous visuals of your recent heart rate, the refreshed software now makes it possible to choose your complication preferences on the watch. There’s also a new daytime graph customization for those who don’t prefer to wear their watch at night.

Heart Analyzer brings new features to its iPhone app, too, like support for partial Heart Reports from halfway through the month and breaks in workout graphs that not only let you visualize when you took a break but also prevent those breaks from impacting your average heart rate.

Want to print your day graphs? There’s new a handy screenshot mode in the iPhone app!

Like before, Heart Analyzer integrates with the Health database with support for VO2Max, Heart Rate Variability, Workouts, Heart Rate Recovery and other metrics. Heart Analyzer is an offline app — nothing gets transmitted to the cloud and no third-party analytics or ads are used.

Here’s an excerpt from their privacy policy:

Heart Analyzer is designed around privacy. All data collected by the app remains within the app at all times. All data is removed when the app is uninstalled. The app never uses the Internet for anything including data transfers. No Information is collected about any individual users. No information about you or any app users is shared with others.

People with an older Apple Watch model, or those who haven’t yet updated to watchOS 6, will still be able to access the original Heart Analyzer app with a handfull of new fixes.

Heart Analyzer for iPhone and Apple Watch is available free from App Store, with optional upgrades to enable customizations, extended data and deep analytics.
