Unlocking the iPhone 4S, and the iPhone 4 just got a whole lot easier thanks to the SAM package unlock revealed earlier this morning.
After alerting you guys to the news, we went into out labs and started testing this for ourselves. After a few failures, we were finally able to come up with a reliable method for making this work every time.
The good news is that this will likely become even easier as time goes on, and needless steps are eliminated. We’re already to the point where we can switch back and forth between our AT&T SIM card and our T-Mobile SIM card without having to reconfigure anything. It’s pretty awesome.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could have Facebook integration that acted similar to iOS’ built in Twitter integration? Well, now you can.
Introducing Fusion — a jailbreak tweak that integrates Facebook, Foursquare, and even MySpace (obligatory lol) into your default Twitter composition pane. But the tweak doesn’t stop there, it also allows you to composes messages for all of the aforementioned networks using Siri.

Unlike iPhone jailbreaks, the Apple TV jailbreak isn’t as straightforward. For instance, after jailbreaking there’s no Cydia app icon to start installing your favorite apps and tweaks from various repos.
This is where a tool like aTV Flash (black) comes in. This handy package from FireCore allows you to install some of the most popular jailbreak apps directly on your jailbroken Apple TV without breaking a sweat.

The Apple TV received an update to its interface, shortly after today’s iPad media event.
The interface, while nice at first glance, does little more than spiffy up the Apple TV’s Home screen. Underneath the friendly bubble based interface, you’ll find the same text-based menus of old.
It’s basically just a shiny coat of new paint on top of the Apple TV’s plain jane UI. It’s certainly not a sole reason to purchase an Apple TV, or negate your jailbreak just to enjoy the new UI… Read More

I’ll admit that I’ve never used a Gevey SIM interposer, or anything like it in the past, but I figured I’d give it a shot with the iPhone 4S.
The iPhone 4S has its own special SIM interposer called the R-SIM II Ultra S, which was recently released.
I’m happy to report that this is by far the easiest method for “unlocking” your iPhone 4S, and using it with T-Mobile or virtually any other GSM carrier. And guess what, no jailbreak is required.
